Go to your settings menu in the XMD ToolBox and simple delete the currently loaded brush location. Add a new location by pressing the add button. Hit the rescan button to reload your new brushes in their new location. Hitting rescan will ensure that the old location is completely removed.
The plugin's number one purpose is to overcome the ZBrush brush limit. We only load on demand. Do not install your brushes into the ZStartup directory. Put them wherever you want. Then simply go to the settings menu inside of the XMD ToolBox and add that location to the brush location menu. Once you add the location you will be able to immediately use the brushes. The plugin only loads the brush into ZBrush when you activate it. If you end up not being able to load any more brushes, simply hit the reset button inside the plugin to remove the loaded brushes from ZBrush's interface. This will not delete your brushes. It only removes them from the load in ZBrush.

There is no Mac version yet. However, we do intend on creating one. We are going to get through the PC beta first and make sure everything is running smoothly and we are as bug free as possible before porting to the Mac. We also want to make sure the ToolBox is as feature packed as possible!
You can send me a message on Facebook with your Gumroad associated email and your Facebook login email address and I will add you to the group. You can also request access here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/XMDMember/ I have to verify all memberships, so please send me a message with the appropriate information as well.
We are still in the process of creating the help documentation. Here is the permanent home of it. https://monkeybrain.atlassian.net/wiki/display/XMDTB/XMDToolbox

You may have hit the ZBrush brush load limit of 300. You can reset it by clicking the reset button on the top of the ToolBox plugin.
We have quite a few plans for the plugin. We will continue to update everyone on it's process. You can check out the roadmap in the Facebook group.
